Janfusun Fancyworld has received the Excellent Theme Park Award for 37 consecutive years, earning recognition from the industry, government, and academic sectors. Since 1990, the park has welcomed more than one million visitors annually. It also became Taiwan’s first privately operated amusement park to attract 2.28 million visitors in a single year. It was also the first theme park in Taiwan to collaborate with B&M, a world-renowned Swiss manufacturer of advanced amusement rides. By combining the features of world-class roller coasters with the park’s unique terrain, B&M designed custom-made roller coasters and rides for Janfusun Fancyworld, creating distinctive and thrilling experiences for visitors.

Janfusun Fancyworld was also Taiwan’s first large-scale amusement resort to combine amusement rides with a wide range of complementary facilities, including a large resort hotel, conference facilities, landscaped areas, electronic games, Janfusun Kiddy Land, Nice Film Studio, and spa and hydrotherapy facilities. This diversified approach helps reduce the impact of seasonal fluctuations and enables the resort to attract visitors throughout the year.

In addition, Janfusun Fancyworld obtained the rights to use “Vicky the Viking” within the park, incorporating the character into performances, adventure-themed activities, animated content, advertisements, and amusement rides. The authorization allows Janfusun Fancyworld to use the character flexibly in developing a variety of themed activities, marking a first for Taiwan’s theme park industry.
